Information We Collect
When you submit the contact form on this site (powered by WPForms), we collect your name, phone number, and message. We do not collect payment information — all estimates are provided in person, and payments are handled off this site. If you call our Twilio-provisioned phone number, that call may be recorded for quality purposes; recording notification is provided at the start of the call.
How We Use Your Information
We use contact form submissions solely to respond to your inquiry and schedule your free on-site estimate. We do not sell, trade, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
- WPForms: Contact form provider. Form submissions are stored in the WordPress database on our server and may be transmitted to our email via SMTP. WPForms privacy policy: wpforms.com/privacy.
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4): We use GA4 to understand how visitors find and use this site. GA4 collects anonymized usage data including pages visited, referral source, and general location (city/region level). No personally identifiable information is sent to Google. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Google Search Console: We use Search Console to monitor how this site appears in Google search results. No personal visitor data is accessible through this tool.
- Cloudflare: This site is served through Cloudflare's content delivery network for performance and security. Cloudflare may process your IP address and request headers. Cloudflare privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
- Twilio: Our business phone number is provisioned through Twilio. When you call or text the number on this site, that communication is processed through Twilio's infrastructure. Twilio privacy policy: twilio.com/legal/privacy.
- IndexNow / Bing: We submit our sitemap to Microsoft Bing via IndexNow. This process shares our site's URL structure with Bing for indexing purposes only.
Cookies
This site uses cookies set by Google Analytics (anonymized) and WordPress session cookies for the admin panel. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels beyond GA4.
